Charles Berg was just this type of man. Charles was a graduate of P.K. Young in Gainesville and was very involved in local organizations and a part of the local business community. He had a new wife and growing family and had a dream of starting a heating and air conditioning business in the town he loved so much, Gainesville, Florida.
He knew his business would be different. He began Charles Berg Air Conditioning in 1967 and established that business based on three principles Honesty, Integrity, and the best customer service possible. In 1987 the company was re-named to Charles Berg Enterprises, Inc. and still remains so today. Charles wanted his company to become a legacy, one that he, his children and his grandchildren would be proud of. Charles Berg had a business motto that he lived by. . . “I won’t be satisfied until my customers are completely satisfied”. Charles Berg did just that. After over 40 years of serving Alachua County and North Central Florida’s Heating and cooling needs, Charles Berg Enterprises is respected as a legacy. A legacy that continues with the same family integrity as it was built upon.
